Dr. Nghi Dang - Owner
As a family medicine physician with over a decade of experience, I’ve witnessed firsthand the growing need for high-quality in-home care, especially among my elderly patients. Many of them require daily support that their families are simply unable to provide. Through countless conversations in the exam room—brainstorming safe, sustainable options to help them remain in their homes—I realized how limited the available resources often are.
Their frequent requests for trustworthy community support ignited a passion in me to bridge that gap. This led to opening Home Matters in my local area which is an in-home care service designed to deliver compassionate, nurse-centric care supported by smart technology. Our goal is to empower patients to live safely and comfortably at home, while providing peace of mind to their families. With Home Matters, we’re not just meeting a need—we’re raising the standard of care.
Lisa Palmer – Business Development Manager
Lisa Palmer is an accomplished Director of Community Relations with over 12 years of experience in home care and senior care. She loves to build and maintain partnerships with community clinics, hospitals, and senior living facilities. Lisa excels in account management, business development, marketing, and sales, and is known for her exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Her deep industry knowledge and passion for senior care make her an invaluable asset to our team at Home Matters.
